Tips to make your cake decorating easier.

Use foam core to make your own size cake boards.

Need a coloured board, use the self adhesive foam core boards and stick 2 together to make an extra strong but already coloured cake board.  Cover with clear contact.

The Wilton Brown food colouring contains no red food dye.

If you dont have brown food colouring mix red and green buttercream together.

If you are trying to make a dark brown fondant and adding more brown colouring is not making it darker add red and green food colouring.

Need to make grey buttercream add purple to yellow icing.
