If you live in and around Denton then your first place to experience the fun sweet world of cake decorating would be in a Wilton Class.  These classes are held in local craft stores.  In fact if you sign up to take a class at Hobby Lobby in Denton then Selina will be your instructor.  The Wilton Classes that she teaches will teach you the basics from buttercream iced cakes, cupcakes and onto fondant cakes with an introduction into using gumpaste.  From there you will need to take specialty classes at independant stores in and around Dallas and Fortworth if you want to learn a more speciallized skill.
